I read the previous rip-off-report and wanted to add a little something something. The Harrogate Square Board Members and Property Manager continue to rip-off the unit owners. Recently they proposed to force unit owners to pay for cable as part of the monthly association fees.
Some UNIT owners do not require cable because they the DISH network or just dont need it period. The decision to bring Adelphia cable into each unit was based on a vtoe, howeva after finding a low voter turn out or not enough VOTES for "yay", the Board Managers went to specific UNIT owners and coerced them into voting "yay". Thus we are being forced to pay for something we may not need.
This is another example of the heavy handed tactics used by the Harrogate Square Board Members and property manager. The continued rip-off.
