Bought what was said to be fine leather furniture. Told the sales Rep we had dogs and wanted furniture that would hold up.
The pieces that we replaced were five years old and still had no rips or tears. The day after our furniture was delivered my dog climbed onto the recliner. (climbed, not jumped) The fabric was already scratched.
Getting nowhere with what is suppose to be customer service on the phone, I emailed the [email protected] site talked about in earlier posts.
Just like the other posts they sent someone out to look at the damage. He took his pictures and I still have not heard anything after two months.
I am thinking of filing in small claims court. Too bad this company can not stand behind their product, or their sales staff.
Apparently even customer service can't be honest.
Should have went back to Lane.
