Us structures ripped me off for $7500 & this is the way they conduct business
A salesman from people Structures (USB) approached me late Friday 12-26-11 pursuing an request I positioned on Customer area. He, Tim "Port" Marcus, explained he'd pre-manufactured settlement bldgs he might market method below the worthiness as a result of seller from company. He explained USB was shipping them out the following day for market, & it'd charge USB $14500 per bldg. He stated he was a VP, & needed to eliminate these bldgs due to stock tax incurred. He explained he might reduce a bldgs in two (I placed on buyerzone that I needed 1 storage - 40' x 40' ea). I told Port that I'd only began searching & wasn't prepared to come to a decision. He explained he had a 35' x 35' bldg which was likely to market, worth $75,000, delivery charges 10%- $7,500-plus tax, but might promote me the bldg method below worth t/no tax (because he might use it "Illinois" document), free delivery & free plans.
He insisted that he required was a title to put up the bldg & forced me, declaring I really could stop t/in 3 times & get my cash back. He created numerous deceptive statements in my experience during this period about Hardware, the bldg, how it'd appear, the expense & time for you to assemble it, etc. I told him I had been unsure this is what I needed, but he assured me he simply required my title to put on this bldg to save lots of Hardware cash & that I really could stop the purchase within 3 times for almost any cause & not spend something. He explained he had a need to name my bldg instantly that night such that it wouldn't get delivered to the market early next day & hurried me to signal the purchase & provide him my charge card to put on the bldg. It was completed about July: 15 pm.
The following day (7:45 am) I named him to allow him realize that the bldg he wanted me to purchase, wasn't what I needed. He explained he was in Illinois (which conflicted using what he explained yesterday) & on his way to avoid it to market the remainder of the settlement bldgs. I sent him a termination spot the next day, Wednesday 12-27-11 (2 days later). I named Hardware on Thu at 9:04 am & quit a note t / Shay (answering support) eliminating my purchase. I obtained an phone from Jessica t/USB order & informed her I had been eliminating the order (which she explained she submitted to administration) eliminating my purchase. She explained that I had a need to contact my salesman, that we informed her I did so, but Port hadn't delivered my calls.

She explained that I had a need to contact my salesman, that we informed her I did so, but Tim hadn't delivered my calls.
Another person from Hardware, Port, approached me & provided me exactly the same bldg for $14,500, t/free delivery & plans. Later that evening, Tim named me & explained the bldg he was promoting me would be delivered for market the following morning & I really could have it for $14,500 easily offered him my charge card then.
Tim offered me different things than what he placed on the purchase. The Quonset hut about the bill has 1 wall (can not be 14' large if 20' t), imperfect & isn't what he explained. I never obtained a duplicate of the rear of the purchase, because it expresses & it had been never examined. Plans weren't custom, as charged. Port overcharged/gouged me about the price of the hut ($7500). On the site, they utilize 9 additional companies’ emblem, that will be thought to be completed t/out expert - Military & Marines. Their listing of Content Clients is wrong. They've 170 grievances on a single BBB website & more on others.
And That I couldn't discover any happy clients anywhere and any Condition. I approached my credit union to prevent cost the delivered my cash about the 12/30 I believed it had been over then fourteen days later
They required $7500.00 back out-of my charge card and also the credit union explained they'd the best.
Today I'm looking for any legitimate motion I will to obtain my cash back. I'm obtaining the credit union to deliver me the files they used-to decide to pay for the cash to US Structures.
