This company is a total ripoff and it appears as though the idiots at the phone number the scam artists use in Orlando 407-382-8999 did me a HUGE favor by not showing up! I scheduled a duct cleaning that I found in the Orlando couponeclipper.com magazine and they said they would come between 12-4. I called them that morning and said they could come earlier and the rude individial on the other end said she couldn't ge a hold of the tech and that wouldn't be possible. I called again at 3:10 pm and the same rude individual said the tech was his last stop before he came to me and it would be closer to 4. At 4:18 I got a call from a cell phone in the south Florida area code (954) and Ilive in central florida... Hmmmm... And he said he would be there in 45 minutes. I told him not to bother.
For kicks, I then called the rude individual at the 407-382-8999 number and asked to speak with a manager. She said managers were there from 8-3 and I could call back to morrow to speak with Amanda. I told her i was filing a complaint as they jerk never showed up. She called me back from another 954 area code and said the tech just called me. I told her that i was aware of that and that i was filing a complaint with the BBB because this whole thing stinks to high heaven! I did some research and THANK YOU for not showing up at my house you scam artists! There are multiple reports on this company all over florida from Jacksonville to Tampa to Miami and now here in Orlando. Do not call these people and do not use the coupon clipper coupons as they do not deal with reputable companies! This is a total scam!
