Too many sad stories to tell on those customers who had their savings gone to the tubes and dream landscapings gone to hell with nothing but headaches and law suites with Near North Landscapers and David and Kim. Their works are horrorable and expensive as they start with low balling the prices but once contract signed and money paid, clients' nightmares starts with delays of months and months if you are lucky otherwise kiss your money good bye.
Please contact other landscapers who have long term employees for your qulaity works and money guaranteed. Near North does not have any long term works as they quit once they see all those SCAMS David / Dave and Kim are doing.
I am embarrassed to say that I and other ex-coworkers had to do works that are below par as was asked to do by Kim and David and told to tell we done works which we have not to the customers. We were always moved around before we could finish the jobs as too many clients whom David and Kim took money from are yelling for refunds and cryings... Of their loses.
