I am handicapped so I do a lot of ordering online. I haven't had a problem until now. I saw a commercial on tv for the one sweep. Sounded great. Two for $10.00 s/h. I order on onesweep.com. What I received was four of them two at 9.99 s/h 6.99 each and two at 19.99 s/h 6.99 each. When I saw this I was quite upset.
I called them and told them what happened they blamed me. My total bill was 90.56 but they charged my credit card 93.20. She told me to ship them back but I would have to pay for s/h again. I told her then they could have the whole thing back. She said they would reimburse me 62.00 back. I am very, very upset.
You can't even check the order online. As soon as you ordered it seemed to have vanished. I cannot believe the tv station would allow this to be shown. A complete scam and a ripoff. They are making money on shipping and handling for each item and it came in one box. Plus whatever else they added to my credit card. Now I am stuck and don't know what to do.
