Our pool is about 13mos old. They never bother to tell us you need to replace the ionizer each year. The seam came apart in the liner the one with the 20year warrenty. When I called to ask about replacement they said I would have to pay 45 percent of the cost of the liner which they said was 850 dollars plus 70 dollars shipping and good luck in changing it.
I would get on help from them. The new ionizer is 139.00 plus shipping and handling. Back to the liner I was told I would have to cut out the tear in a foot square and if did not meet there requirments as a faulty liner they would charge the whole 850.00 to my credit card that he ask for. I have checked local and there is no liner worth what he priced theres for let alone the shipping. These people have a answer for everything and stand behind nothing.
