Knight air when i became dissabled from a stroke jeff english stole $2000 and walked causing the property to be forclosed

After i had paid jeff english $4000 for two complete one and a half ton hvac systems for a duplex that i was renovating i suffered a major stroke while i was bed ridden he abonded my job after installing only one system steeling $2000 in the process and lied to me for 3 months that he was still on my job and would finish on time despite the fact that no one else had seen him there working on my peoject after half a dozen excuses he changed his phone number all i had was a po box and the postal worker was his relitive and would not aid in finding him he later changed po boxes i soon learned from the internet that he made a habbet of fleesing the old and handicaped
