These so called local tech help charged me on hourly basis ruined my existing setting and failed to fix my root issue. Later they asked me to call manufacturer for the software issue. I called this support firm in india guy remotely got inside my machine took the bad thing out and asked my preferences and changed the computer according to my use. How cool is that wonder why people cry outsourcing when they are efficient and prompt. I wish them success for saving my money and time.
