Henry's Cedar Chest stole my money, con artist, never received my orde

Mr. Jim Henry of Henry's Cedar Chest promised me he would have an order of 1000 cedar fence posts and 600 stays ready in three days if I sent him the payment for it. I sent him the money, almost $8,000, but he kept delaying delivery and making up one lie after another. He said he would send my money back, but then just made up another excuse why he won't be able to.
