My complaint is against - Trend Homes. A homebuilder in Phoenix. License # 082719.
The shelf in my master walk-in closet with the rod for hanging clothes fell off of the wall. The entire unit, which is supposed to be a permanent fixture fell off. The unit was held on solely by some small straight nails and a flimsy bracket.
Because I am six months past the "2 year warranty" Trend offered only to put it back on the wall without reinforcement. The 2 year warranty should not apply since this is structural.
