In my opinion, the following is based on my experience and perceived according to my observations and complaints filed with various government agencies. Contractor's website is over hyped and fabricated and controlled by the owner. Sole proprietorship company, takes the money for job, then filed bankruptcy under new LLC, very well knowing he could rip off the consumer. Poor workmanship, no craftsmanship, unfinished job and late night harassment had to call the police. I checked with various municipalities from owners website and non had him on file for obtaining a permit in their muni. Contractor has tax liens with Chandler City on 1/31. Consumer beware.
