Paid for air cleaning and float switch install. Techs tried to sell me additional air duct cleaning, $100 extra labor fee, $50 air duct and mold cleaning, which i never asked for or wanted..
My air condition clean packages was ~ clean and drain line, blow out line, change filter, add coolant. This was never done! The float switch was installed wrong. The second the idiots left the air stopped working, totally!
Called supervisor who advised ~ tech that did my first install was fired for shotty work and pocketing money for services not needed. I was told a new tech was to show up at 1pm. 8pm at night 2 new clowns showed up, demanding $200 cash to trouble shoot problem. I told jerks no way!
Called supervisor who took 2 days to call me back. Super was to send another tech out next day. No one has ever showed up! I called super again, who told me to deal w/no air and they will get to me, when they can..
I hired another company to fix my air. The problem was air care cut and ruined wired on float switch installation. The problem took less than 10 minutes to fix. Air care has never returned my calls or sent refund. I files diapute w/credit card company. Beware!!! This is another crappy company
