My company engaged in a contract with Curt for a job. Once the job was complete he decided not to pay any portion and stated that we were in breach of contract.in fact we completed the job early, we have hired a investigator to do some background checks on this guy and realized that he is a theif everywhere. He thinks that he can hide behind lawyers. I am writing this to let all of suppliers and contractors in this area to beware. I think that he is going to file bk and keep everyones money. If you do a job for him request all monies owed up front and do not allow this guy to get over on you. I am going to file a lien on his personal property and extract. Beware
