Called Anytime Appliance to repair my dryer as it was not drying and making a loud noise while running.invoice was hand written with the Anytime Appliance and phone number registered on the white and yellow pages back to Dale Dillon repair. Dale Dillion requested check be made to him and he took to my bank to cash. Parts and return followup repair was not done in a timely manner and parts were not ordered as paid to complete repair.
After repair, Dale Dillon left one replaced roller inside the dryer and left the sensor wire unplugged. Dryer would turn off after three minutes. Followup call blamed my venting and a return trip charge and charge to have them replace my vent as solution provided.
Called A1 appliance to resolve the issue and they found the diagnosis above.
Company would not provide their business license and followup with surroundings localities could not locate any such license, nor could the Va Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation locate a tradesman or Contractor license for these individuals.
It is my belief they left the sensor unplugged to have me pay for additional repairs. I would not recommend these providers.
