Mike Stephens ordered $800.00 of Koi fish for resale at his landscape business. My delivery person met his employee to pick up the product. At that time Mike Stephens called and said his guy forgot a check to pay for his fish and that he would mail me a check right away. Well, the check never came and Mike Stephens quit answering the phone and I never heard from him again. I did turn him over to a collection agency which was unsuccessful.
