Summary:
We recently sold our home in Parker, Colorado and moved to a new home only 5 miles away in Parker, Colorado.
On or about November 9 We received an email and quote from John at Professional Moving and Storage (see exhibit 1).in this email and attached quote (see exhibit 2), John from Professional Moving and Storage quoted us a price of $1,873.00 for two days of packing and moving with 2 trucks and also stated we will only bill you for the time that the movers are actually working - we usually attempt to slightly overestimate just to cover all contingencies.
We were subsequently in our opinion fraudulently charged a total of $4,259. [continued below]...
