Company due to ignoring code violatons and or apartment conditons they owwn in chula vista california lost a lawsuit by not caring to show up, however due to evidence presented of verbal confirmation by thier property manager of problem mold conditions company was found to be in the wrong, judgement award went to former tennants which is the 1st of other lawsuits in habitility issues, company is now liable for more damages due ti finding.
Also they rented apartments when they had no valid business license for a time, meaning the lease agreements on the contracts maybe invalid since they had no current business licens to operarte under city codes
