UNPROFESSIONAL! We called for an emergency on a Sunday; was quoted $365, $120 over their regular fee of $245 because they have to pay employees Over Time. Also said if you're going to use a credit card, you'll have to call us tomorrow with the card number because I don't let my driver's take the customer's card number. When "Wayne" came he became agitated that the hole we dug wasn't deep enough and had said if we didn't have it dug within 15 minutes he was leaving. After 15 minutes of us digging more out; he left but wanted to charge a service fee.
As he was leaving he said if you want to call the boss to complain, go ahead I am the boss! - So he lied when he said he had to pay an employee overtime - what employee when the supposed "owner" was there to do the work and could not clearly explain what needed to be done? Wayne was extremely immature and very uninformative of septic tanks and lacked any and all knowledge on what I needed to do in order to have a septic tank drained. If he was the so-called owner why doesn't he know the business?
