I made a contract with claim specialists on 10-13-08 and first payment was given on 12-2-08 and never heard from them again i tried calling and even going up to the office only to find out it did not

I made a contract with claim specialists inc. On 10-13-08 to have my roof fix we talked with my insurance which went ahead and sent a check of 3514.74 which was then picked up by said company to buy the material needed to get started. And i never heard from them again, i tried calling and going up to the address provided to me only to fing out it did not exist anymore.
