Ripoff i ordered rainbow-colored tomato plants for 8.98 back in march. It is now may and i still have not tomato plants. What gives with this?

I ordered 6 rainbow colored tomato plants in march for $8.98. It is now may and i have not received the plants. Whats going on???

Can someone get the plant to me or get my money back? I'd like to find the farmer that was pictured in the ad and ring his skinny neck.

I hope the law catches up with him and puts him away for good. Scamming the public, who does he think he is!!!
