Gardner's Choice rip-off! I mailed out a check for 13.98 for 4 tomato plants over a month ago and have not gotten them yet

I ordered 4 tomato plants on 3-17-04 and to date 4-24-04 have not gotten my shipment yet. Im still waiting to see if my check has cleared.
