First of all do not set up any appointment online with Uhaul - ever! I had set an online appt to get a hitch installed in my 2002 Chevy Venture for a Saturday. When I got there at 7 am I was advised the part was not in and to come back on Tuesday. The price I was given in the store was different then the price online. I had even called the number that was given to me on voice mail to confirm the price (obviously they all go to a call center now) and they quoted me $179, however this particular location wanted to charge me $269. Not happening. They did settle on the price but now they have installed the incorrect wiring and refuse to fix their mistake! They want me to pay $100 dollars to fix the wiring mistake that they made. Seriously? This is a joke and I could have done just as good of a job as they did all by myself and I know better now to do that. Not to mention they have taken my jack out of my van and refuse to replace it. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I work in call center.: (
