I purchased a refrigerator from Tim's Discount appliances for which there was a 90 day warranty. When the unit was delivered, it did not get cold. After some time, I managed to get it working and Tim said it was some sensor that needed replaced. He said he would order the part and replace it which was never done. Then it began icing up and he said he would replace the entire unit. That was over a month ago, and to this day, no replacement unit. I have made numerous calls and only occassionally get the owner on the phone but most of the time my calls are ignored.
