Horrible service is an understatement.in order to get into the apartment we were moving into... They needed to have the correct insurance. We verified this information beforehand with them and they assured us that they had all the proper insurance.
The movers got to the new apartment and of course the insurance that they had with them did not meet the proper requirements. Not only did they just leave all of our things there for us to carry up ourselves but they did nothing to come up with another alternative. They also threatened to drive away with our belongins if we did not pay them in full.
The least they could have done was refund us our money and make things right since it was their own screw up. RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCOUNDRELS!!! They are THIEVES and this company is a complete FRAUD!
