Everyone that reads this. Please contact your attorney generals consumers affairs dept in your state. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! They lie about everything. Will not let people cancel, charge more for the pools than what is listed on the contracts.
They hurt a really good friend of mine. She may be forced into bankrupcy if the attorney general office does not help her to get out of this mess. Payments were more than they told her. Would not let her cancel. Putting lein on her house. Charged more for the pool. And the lies go on and on.
Please help more people from getting hurt. Also she recorded the T.V. Commerical and the fine print is blurred so bad you can not even see anything it says. Bait and Switch would also describe the illegal practices this company is doing.
