My wife and I wanted a pool really bad for our family and we called Blue World Pools because they advertised 299.00 pool on your ready site. We got the salesperson to come out and we agreed to a price and a month went by they said we were financed for a pool for 15000.00 for 10yrs at 250.00 a month. I did the math and it would be 30,000.00 when paid.
They waited a month and gary treadwell the sales person called and told us he no longer worked for them and told us they were baiting and switching and is illegal. I contacted a lawyer, the attorney general, and told Blue world pools we would seek outside financing we didnt want to except their financing. We are hoping everyone can stop them before its to late. We are just stalling for now if you cancel pool they charge 5000.00 and put lien on property.
Don't Know what to do at this point but stall them.
