Mr. Cooper, will take a start up payment from you and then try to catch up on other jobs and paying his helpers, putting you off for months or just not contacting you at all, He will give you excuse after excuse, thats if you call him from a number that he is not fimiliar with please do not trust him with over $500.00 dollars and you may lose that.
