Installation of French Doors

I bought french doors which were mounted with a subcontractdd specialist October. These gates from day-one were mounted improperly. The gates sagged and also the the were misaligned. I named Homedepot to truly have the specialist back out to adjust the gates to were he couldn't repair the problem permenantly. It was in April.in September Homedepot delivered somebody out to get images for that producer. After sveeral efforts to try and talk to possibly Al the shop manager Charkes the Area supervisor, each one doesn't wish to contact me back with no one really wants to provide me a regionals telephone number to document a criticism. I invested over $3000 on broken gates WITH NO ONE in the Home Site really wants to assist!

That's simply poor company!!! I'll proceed to try and achieve somebody who's prepared to assist.

If anybody can offer me a telephone number or title that I will contact, that might be much appreciated.
