I had them Build a metal building and the overhead door broke about 1 month after it was done they sent out a repair man and he said the door needs to be replaced and that they would call when it was ready after about 30 phone calls and no repair i called the NC DOJ Consumer Protection office and filed a complant 30 days I get a reply From Eastern Outdoors to the State of NC Department of Justice. About my Broken Door 8-17 We do not warranty doors... We are not liable for any repairs. Aaron Black, Eastern How Can They send out a repair man then tell you that they Do Not Warranty Doors???
