Ripoff-sold waterbed heater that caught fire - would not refund or pay for fire damage - owner is a jerk that could care less about any customer-stay away warning

I bought a waterbed Heater from the Bedroom Superstore in Lakewood Wa. That waterbed heater caught the bed frame on fire and burned the frame and bedding. Upon notification to the Bedroom Superstore I was met with a non-believable attitude that the incident really occured and was told to bring the heater pad into the store. I asked to have the damages covered and sent the Heater Pad to the UL consumer protection lab for analysis. They determined the heater to be defective and even after confronting the owner with all this he could care less. This is a pathetic business and I see I am not the only one who has had problems. I am not surprised. Stay away at all costs these are crooks and the devil disguised in human clothing!!
