I bought an item online from Menards (large error) and wasn't informed till I'd to come back the merchandise that it had been susceptible to A - 25% re stocking charge. Trying to keep in touch with Menards is just a laugh. They've no customer support telephone number which means you need to match via email. This could be ok when they might really react in a timely manner. Nevertheless, it'd consider many business days (and occasionally over per week) to react to easy issues. After I questioned them to renounce the re stocking charge, they'dnot actually recognize my request. Coping with Menards may be the single-most annoying customer support encounter I Have ever endured.
