A/C controller boards went out. Technician confirmed age / wear and tear cause. Claim denied. Actually, claim not even considered. Apparently not paying for annual maintenance on my A/C warrants denial based on breach of contract (in all essence voiding the warranty as a whole). Customer service reasonable once escalated to director, but not even willing to cover half of costs of original $1000 claim. Now up to ~$1400 out of pocket.
