From day one Suwannee River Construction Company did not keep its word. Materials that I paid for never showed up. An 8 week job is still not complete a year later. No supervision of project. Mistakes and shoddy work done left and right. And now total abandonment of the job with no explaination, no return of phone calls. Despite trying to be patient and work with them in hopes they would come around I cannot wait any longer and have to finish the house on my own.
Main Complaints are:
Materials promised not delivered
Materials paid for not delivered
Inspections never passed
No supervision of workers
Supplies of wood left out in the weather to mold and decay and get bug infested
Windows designed could not be manufactured
Siding put on incorrectly
Simple steps had to be redone 3 times
Wood improperly cut for beams and posts
