Anti customer service, unresponsive, unprofessional

As a decorator, and having painted hundreds of rooms, the Paint Zoom looked great in the commercial. A mistake was made on my order, May 9. It was shipped, and I was charged, for 2 machines instead of 2 extra paint cans.

I first sent the original invoice with a polite note - to no avail. I have called the customer service line several times, June 18, June 23, July 8. Not only have I encountered a language barrier, but the noise at the call center makes it IMPOSSIBLE to understand anything being said. I sent an email with the FedEx tracking number, explaining the problem - again no response.
On the 23rd I asked 7 times to speak with a supervisor. I was told that the supervisor was not available. On the July 8th I asked 11 times, before I was able to speak to a supervisor. Apparently he didnt understand the tracking # - that I repeated 4 times - as he told me there was NO record of this tracking number. I then had to go to the expense of faxing the invoice, email, FedEx receipt and confirmation receipt. NO RESPONSE.

The corporate office for this company is in Rancho Cucamongo, CALIFORNIA with an UNLISTED phone number.

I had to lodge a complaint with American Express to recoup my lose. As of 7/12 this matter is still pending.
