I made an appointment (with the lady who answered their phone) to have my air ducts cleaned during a three hour time frame. I stayed home waiting for them to call or arrive and never got a call or indication that they would not be coming. I think they show very little appreciation for the value of their customers' time. The phone number for AAA Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning is 1-888-297-7358 or 214-438-7358, but I don't recommend that you call them.
