The service was okay, but trying to fine the place on the web site to do a personal review on the service person as he asked is VERY DIFFICULT, unsure where to go once you type in the www,sears homeservices.com/feedback. You need to give better directions where a person is to go to do an online feedback review. Going with the red smiley face only because of the above stated problem. The serviceman did fine, I'm dissapointed I couldn't rate his performance.
