I have been a customer for over 7 years and they forced a 50.00 deposit after saying I was not using enough gas! There was no mention of this in the original contract. I have also been on a heating and cooking price in the first year I joined in 96 97. This price is much lower than gas logs! This was changed fraudently by employees there to set my acct WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE as gas logs to defraud me further? Their excuse was I wasn't using enough gas. That was not in the contract either! I don't even own or ever had gas logs. This is a breach of contract! I heat with gas and cook with gas, they do not charge others this fee!
This company has a racket going on and are sending ilegal letters forcing customers to pay deposits that were not contracted as so! I called and complained and they reduced mine to 25.00 is that legal? I think they were wrong to charge at all! Crooks. I would like an audit of their accts to show how many were forced to pay this deposit. Then how many acct were changed fraudulently to gas logs when in fact they were heating and cooking? Help warn others about this fraud
