I purchased a facade insert for my maytag refrigerator. It took 17 days to arrive and when it did it was the wrong part. I gave the company the part number supplied by maytag and they sent a completely different part with a different number. When i tried to contact the company for a return there is not contact number. You have to sent a from via email. The paperwork have no address for the company and has no contact numbers.invoice is very vague. I contacted my credit card company and obtained telephone number for the company, 812-225-5318. The credit card company has the letters in after the number, which may mean the company is in Indiana. If the company fails to make good, I plan to see what Federal Agency Investigates this type of fraud. I also plan to have the credit card company stop payment or deduct the amount from the company's account.
