Here it is February and I was told by Jack Reynolds attorney and a judge I was entitled to repairs in August. Well I wish you could see the tile floor, it is getting worse with more and more grout coming out by the day not to speak of the loose tiles. Imagine no word on when to expect repairs. I just keep taking pictures as I get new crumbles so I can have them for court.
The cabinet representative for Schrock Cabinets came to my house to inspect the complaint and agreed I needed the crooked drawers fixed and he took pictures of the improper way the trim was applied, never heard back & thats been month ago!
The complaint went no where with the Better Business Bureau of Columbus, Karshner Sales is a paying member and as I found out they protect their wallet! (check out reports on rip off reports on the BBB and you will see what I mean).
The last time I checked the report on Karshner Sales, listed as Durrell Karshner Sales with the BBB, they said one complaint was filed and it was resolved, that is a LIE. Do they consider fixing a couple of drains (kitchen sink & master tub) resolved? That was a very minor part of the complaint and nothing else is RESOLVED, again, a case of the fox guarding the hen house!
I have come to the conclusion that I got USED in more ways than one by a real CON! Too bad the crooks, scam artists and just plain low life get by with it. I am beginnig to beleive maybe its better to be dishonest and not to play by the rules. I look around and the good law abiding people get no where and there is NO JUSTICE in our justice system unless you are a crook & liar.
At this point all I want is my money back and I will take care of getting the REPAIRS DONE. This man and his company have had ample time to do the proper repairs.
It is amazing how word of mouth works even if our justice system fails us. I have had the opportunity of not reccommending Karshner Sales to many people and they will pass the word along.
Like I stated before, I have until April to file a law suit per my attorney. I have too much going on with important family matters right now but I hope to have a break in early fall so I can spend more time with the attorney, etc. The attorney wants to file the suit in Fairfield County since that is where the business is located, I will let you know the out come.
Hope this helps someone to really do their home work before hiring someone, read rip off reports, get refrences, etc., and do not trust the Better Business Bureau, if I see a company is a BBB member I will not call them, I am afraid they are hiding something since they pay to be members. If you are a reputable company you should have good refrences and again word of mouth is the best. Also remember CHEAPER is not always better, but don't rule it out, just PLEASE get those refrences, and also don't go with a company because they seem nice, the bad businesses are all nice until they have your money, they can be smooth as silk on the outside and sticky as glue on the inside.
