On august 5,1999 company by name of heliocol, arizona inc. Salesman john leathermann contacted us to sell us 6 solar panels that would be installed on our back roof of patio to be hooked up to swimming pool to pump water up to panels to warm swimming pool 10 months out of year. Upon approval of homeowners assoc. They would contact for approval and permit. We had to make deposit of 856.50 check to company for deal. Sept. 23 homeowners assoc. Sonoran springs owners assoc. Refuses to let us use solar panels on roof. 2nd refusal on 20 oct. Now our salesman john leatherman died in sept. So we have no one to talk to. New guy josh refuses to give us back refund saying we should just go ahead against homeowners and install anyway. He is very argumentive and giving us the run around. Never calls us to update anything. Says he has lots of adminstrative charges from our deposit so we wont get money back. He has 5 customers that homeowners have refused so he is sitting on 4000.00 without doing anything. I would like to get names of other people but im sure he wont give them to me. What can we do now.
