Sub contractors beware, do not do any extra work for this company not in contract! Do not do anything any of the superintendents ask they will not pay you for any work that is not approved by the company owners! This is well known they go through sub contracts with every few jobs, they do not like to pay and their credit rating on even paying with contract is low. Beware! Our company is not the only company to be taken by them. If you have any doubts look to Franklin County Court Dockets for proof! Get a change order for all extra work if you are in contract, and if they are late stop all work, or better yet save yourself the hassle and avoid them!
