I placed an order for a Royal Dirt Devil Charger Stand, 2ME1900000-Gator HandVac Charger on March 15, with INeedbags.com. The money was debited from my bank account shortly afterward. I then received an e-mail on March 18 telling me that my order was in packing, and that I would soon receive an e-mail with the shipping and tracking information. I have heard nothing else since then.
How long does it take to pack a vacuum charger? That question may sound like the start of a joke, but unfortunately, this is no joke. When I check my order on line, the site says that my charger is still in packing. I thought I would have the charger by now. It is, after all, the end of the month.
I e-mailed the company on March 30 asking where my charger is, only to receive an automatic response e-mail saying that my order has been placed, even though there was no order in that e-mail. It was only an inquiry.
I've tried calling the phone number today during normal business hours, only to get a machine telling me to leave a message and someone will get back in touch with me. I'm not holding my breath.
There is something terribly wrong, unfair, and unbalanced here. The business has my money, yet I have no charger.
