Great service — but disappointed by comforter pattern

I purchased a Nautica bedding out of this organization - the cost was excellent and also the item came inside a few-day. Nevertheless when it came used to donot such as the shade, it appeared more orange after I noticed it on my screen, and so I delivered it.

I caused somebody named Rebecca in customer support, who had been very useful, and stated they'd provide me a complete credit, that we have since received.
