3 months before, Centerpoint mounted a good meter at my house. Since that time, I've been experiencing really frequest electricity failures in various areas of my house. I can't actually switch on my air-condition because the energy movement isn't trusted. I'm 64 yrs old and outdated, living on the fixed-income. I've named centerpoint numerous occasions plus they haven't accepted obligation and inform me that I'm accountable to repair the this problem which is really a fire risk aswell. I've contacted with two diverse skilled electricians plus they have explained that after a centerpoint specialist mounted the wise meter, the 4 prong male link that attaches in to the wise meter wasn't placed properly and he should of compelled it by which triggered among the prongs to-go poor and burn up. And so I currently understand what is evoking the so regular electricity failures, but Centerpoint Repetitions won't get responsibilty for that issue they produced. I've been residing in my house for 24 years and not have experienced this occur. This isn't a chance, why this issue appeared when the new intelligent meter was mounted? All of us understand the reality, I'll keep calling centerpoint and that I am along the way of processing a proper problem with arizona state regulators.
