Holding too long to talk to someone in customer service!

Just how can a gasoline bill proceed from 22.03 to $140.03 in one single month whenever you do not have heat, (program been out since Nov), never house, do not prepare. I have named Centerpoint twice today and also have been on-hold both occasions for over 1.5 hours. Is that this how they enable you to get so disappointed you simply hang-up. It has got to become the toughest organization as it pertains to waiting on hold the point to keep in touch with a "stay" individual. When may they deregulate the gas companies. I believe it is deceptive what Centerpoint does. I tested my meter nowadays (that will be seven days later than from when Centerpoint read it) and also the utilization nowadays is 94 CCF significantly less than exactly what the meter was read back on 12/10/07.
