We ordered $100 worth of wine grape vines on January 6. Order # 4479. It was our understanding that the vines would be shipped at the appropriate time (February from what we'd read elsewhere). It is now mid March and we have not received our order. Despite several emails and a message left with the company, we haven't heard a response on where our order is. Today I discovered the location on our account with order status, which says shipped. Where are they?
As a home winemaker we are really excited about growing some of our own grapes and will be extremely disappointed if we receive them too late to plant. I will be even more disturbed if I have to go to this extent in getting my $100 back on top of the inconvenience this will have caused us.
