Ordered a hand crafted iron door through this " company" in October. Almost six months later still no door and literally weeks of almost daily lies about it being on it's way. Now Jim Webster has vanished and we are out almost $6,000.00 that we paid for a door. Not only that we are now delayed listing a home for sale we built for resale. Had Webster told us a long time ago he was not sending us a door we could have ordered another. These doors take 8 - 12 weeks to fabricate so our investment is being jeopardized and we cannot hold open houses or list the home for sale. Last week we were told he would supply us with a tracking number but it has not materialized and now we have no updates or anything from him.
