On march i ordered a broil element for a whirlpool stove and here is the online live chat to order:
But you sent the bottom, what is it with you, that you do not understand your product? You sent the wrong piece, now please fix your mistake

I ordered the broil top one element and they sent me the bake bottom element, and refused to credit me and pay for shipping back, this is the 2nd time in 5 years that this company have done this,
then she wrote this:

Per my previous emails we will not be covering the return shipping charge as you were informed of the correct part in our chat conversation.
