Ordered 5 KJ Miller Scratch Fix Pens. Upon completion of order this is the email I received:

Checks made payable to anything other than above will be returned.

My check was cashed and I followed up with two emails and two calls to the company, none of which received a response. Sorry that I hadn't read usacomplaints.com before I ordered from this company.
